I agree with Utah Man. I see both the Cougs and the Utes going undefeated until they meet in November. Once the rivalry game is over, EMT's and other medical personnel will have to be called in to carry off all of the mentally and physically drained fans.

May the Utes crush Michigan(think UCLA) and May the Cougars defeat all PAC-10 foes.

GO COUGARS!!!!!

haha thank you for the laughs! I read your post twice!

Go Cougars

My Cougars rock.

RE: Washington

Very good point. No one can say Cougar fans aren't positive thinkers. It's ok to dream, but beating Washington in Seattle is no easy chore. UCLA will be tough, and many of our conference toughies are on the road next year. It would sure be fun though if the stars line up right for the Cougs either in 2008 or 2009.

Two things that will NOT happen next year:

1) Utah beating Michigan in "the big house."
Utah evidently has dreams of being Appalachian St. No harm in fantasizing, I suppose. The reality-check, however, is going to be all the more brutal. Over by half-time.

2) BYU going undefeated
They WILL stumble at least once next year (ala Tulsa). Count on it.

Stephen Covey is from Timpview. He runs about a 4.65 40 but he is only about 5'11". He is a good runner with a below average arm. Most likely will move to Safety. Offered a scholarship to keep the Endowment coming from Grandpa.

Face it folks. BYU football is just something for a bunch of kids to do on a Saturday afternoon in boring old Provo, Utah. At this level, it is just fun and fond rembrances of those beautiful fall days when you beat up on the likes of the other teams in the conference. This is not real football is it? Oh, sometimes you get a really good team together and beat a few non-conference foes, but it is really just for kids and for people that made it clear out of Provo and all the way to Orem.

65,000 of us disagree with you every BYU gameday. Do I detect just a bit of jealousy? We're not the SEC, but to say Cougar football isn't exciting just shows bias on your part.

I agree with the post about washington. I'm very nervous about that game. We play a nobody and then go on the road in one of the traditionally tougher places to play. Boise state thought they were road tested last year before their early season trip to seattle...
