Mitt would be 'honored' if v.p. choice

I would be elated to see Mitt on the ticket. The economic know-how that he would bring to the administration would be profound. We need him right now and badly!
And after McCain serves a turn, those who feared Romney initially would have had a chance to see him in action. There fears would be found to be groundless, and he would (hopefully) be elected to the office of the Presidency in 2012.
I think Mitt would make a superb President and VP! I'm afraid McCain is unlikely to pick him--but he'd be smart to do so, and it'd be a blessing if he did!
"The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints". How much more could you announce that you believed in and worshiped Christ than that? It is the same church that Christ established, except it is in the Latter-days.
RALPH NADER.
Didn't Cain kill Able?
Then perhaps Hillary is the most able?
McCain is right now raising money in Utah. Once he drains the state, Romney goes back to the GOP closet where he belongs.
I for one will continue to support the best thing that has come to politics in my lifetime, Obama.
Utah, It is time to think for yourself, not for a religion. Who cares about what prayer one says before they lay their head down, I am sure that a true God would hear everyones voice the same.
RE: "Christian" Conservative
When is comes to Mormons, neither you nor Dobson know what you are talking about but, I forgive you both...I really do! :-)
Mitt has all the qualities and divine guidance to be able to lend the values, morals and backbone back to the Republican ticket. Plus he would have a great chance in the future as being the first Mormon President...wouldn't that be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!
What do you mean not enough responsibility as VP. The last 8 years our nation has been run by the man behind the curtain, or more plainly spoken, the vice president.
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints look upon their critics with a degree of pity, as they only demonstrate their ignorance on the subject of "Mormonism." There is a great need for people to find out about the church. If you really want to know more about the church, ask those dark-suited young men and modestly-dressed young women who volunteer their time, at their own expense, to tell the world the truth about the church. Don't ask the detractors. They only have the negative view, and refuse to acknowledge the truth of the matter. (Incidentally, Romney did NOT change his view on abortion. He did change his view on whether or not the government could forbid it. Those who say he changed his mind about abortion are seriously exaggerating.
Then let's hear more about how there's no place for non-believers in Mitt's America and how gung ho he is about torture.
Let's discuss how many American companies Bain downsized and how many American's lost jobs while the tightening economy will be on all the voters' minds.
Let's have a Dem. White House and both houses of Congress while we're at it. Mitt's the man!
As for Romney on the ticket, I'll support it 100%. The M&M ticket could really turn the country around given half a chance providing McCain allows Mitt to do what he's best at - the economy.
With McCain big on national security and Mitt huge on economic issues, where could we go wrong?
I left Canada because I didn't want to live under a Clinton/Obama-like socialistic government. Universal health care will destroy the health care in this country as it did in Canada. When you have to wait anywhere's from 3 to 6 months just to get a necessary MRI ...... that's what universal health care gives you. Like Hillary said .."Be careful what you wish for ..."
So I say, "Go for it Mitt if it's offered to you!!"
So, your argument is bogus. Mitt is the BEST for the job. go out, try to buy wheat right now. You can't. Morons are not the only ones who buy wheat, and there's none around! Our economy is tanking. NO ONE has better grasp of the economy than Romney. We need him right now, wispering in mccain's ear. McCain can bury the hatchet. Romney has. Huckleberry is still trying to toss the hatchet.
the coffee! Ron Paul is done with, Kapoot! and like most of the wanta-be's in this state, he will soon be a has been, although he never has been.
Yes, I too would plugg my nose and vote for MCCain
if Romney were Vice-President. A LOT CAN HAPPEN IN 4 YEARS. GO MITT GO MITT GO MITT.
AND LET THOSE WHO ARE WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE!!!!!!!1
