I've lived around the country and have observed many state legislatures. The Utah legislature is a unique stew of pettiness, corruption, stupidity, corruption, vanity and corruption. It is unmatched in our land.
A universal maxim for the session: "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should."

By "observed many state legislatures" do you mean reading the paper? We all know how accurate that information is...or isn't. If you spend even ten minutes with any of Utah's legislators you'd find the corruption, corruption, corruption to which you refer is naught in all but 98% of Utah's legislators.
