Gee, what great insight - both teams are so awful that they are playing for first place in their league and have won over 20 games each. I'm guessing you are a BYU fan (just based on your quick to judgment, arrogant remark), and if so, I'll remind you that this awful Boise team defeated BYU this year. And BYU was too afraid to play at USU this year as should have occurred based on 100 years of history.

Should be a good game, the WAC will definitely need to renegotiate its ESPN contract to get more TV exposure for its top teams.

You must have great knowledge of college basketball. To bad a team that is battling to just stay atop of the WAC put the by far best team in the MWC in their place. The WAC has had more success as of late.

Stew Morrill and several other WAC coaches are on the record saying that the WAC university presidents and athletic directors must come to a financial settlement with ESPN to televise WAC games. This is a shame that Boise State-Utah State is not on ESPN or ESPN2, even if it was a 10P.M. Mountain time start. Not only is the WAC losing money with no solid basketball contract, they are losing valuable national television exposure on the best sports network in the United States. Hoping the Aggies beat Boise State tonight!

Back when Boise Beat the Y the Y was just getting things going. Utah State got embarrased by Utah and Weber State when they were just starting out.
Well, the Y and USU have it figured out now.
Come on up to Logan Y and let's get it on.

Where can I buy tickets? Go Aggies!
BYU vs. USU | 12:37 a.m. March 7, 2008
Maybe the two will meet in the NCAA tournament - that would be interesting! I think both teams have peaked at the right moment and are playing well. BYU has obviously played a tougher schedule and seem more talented overall, but USU has some great players too and an amazing coach who now has them clicking on all cylenders. I'd like to see both represent the state well come march madness time!
