No surprise here: Anderson Development is the employer of House Speaker Greg Curtis and if this deal needs some state, be sure it's on the way. Curtis' prints are all over this deal. But St. George City will soon be sorry they slept in this bed as Anderson will start suing them as they all cities they develop in. This will be fun to watch.
