I guess a spankin' new Wal-Mart is the sign that a Utah community has truly "Arrived". Just keep those Wal-Marts coming and soon, Utah will be the best place to live on the face of the earth.
If you build it, the traffic will come...and it will continue to get worse and worse.
I wish the city, county and state would build roads to accommodate all these people and stores BEFORE they're all there.
