Obviously not -- in the view of Utah's holier-than-all-getout lawmakers. Brian Barnard is absolutely correct; these people do not want to be bothered by the unwashed masses, except possibly when votes are needed at election time.

Allowing the security guards to kick people out for such minor demonstrations of a particular viewpoint is an indicator of the end of freedom as we know it.

Junthor you are right on the money. Democracy is not pretty. It is like making sausage. But it is still the best thing out there for governing us.

Right to assemble is critical. For a free people, that is.
