Why did Genola not have a program or requirement in place for performance and indemnification bonding of employees in positions of trust and financial management? I would have thought that state laws would require such procredure. This lady, if found guilty, cannot have been the very first person in a position of trust in the State of Utah to mismanage or abscond with public funds.
