Comments about ‘Jazz's Kirilenko leaves practice early with flu-like symptoms’

Is it just me or is Kirilenko always having flu symptoms and back issues? If he can last three more years in this league, I'll be shocked.

Just what we need, injuries to key players. It'll be interesting to see what happens over the next few weeks as Boozer's back keeps ailing him, Harpring's wrist takes awhile to heal enough to be effective, and AK47 doesn't get traded. Can the Jazz handle these kinds of injuries or not?

Maybe DWill won't let it. It's really very much in his hands. He's the one who makes the team click. If you look across the league, it's the teams with top point guards that are at the top of the league in wins. If he's doing his job correctly, the Jazz mostly win.

What a difference Kyle has made since being here. Let's hope he doesn't join the walking wounded ranks. (Knock on wood!)

Harpring brings the experience and intestinal fortitude needed to allow less experienced players develop. He has a great deal of value off the bench.

Could these symptoms be related to SLC's crappy air? If so, maybe we can actually try to do something about it. After all, mortality rates are sort of remote, iffy things, but the Jazz's W-L record is immediate and crucial!

Matt Hapring is the heart and soul of this team. He never complains, always gives his all and makes key plays. Without him iur bench would suck big time.

Harpring is the one who brings any amount of toughness to the Jazz...He is not afraid of anybody and he is not afraid to let you know it either...

I think the Jazz need him, not so much to score, but to be a physical presence on the court...

I hope he sits out so that Kyle Korver gets a chance to play more! Forget about starting CJ, start Korver and watch go off for a new career high!! If he gets a chance to start tomorrow, then I can almost guarantee that Korver will get a new career high

Bill, the way AK is playing, I'd keep him for another 3 years so go ahead and get flu like symptoms.

No one works harder then Matt Harpring. His toughness on both ends lifts the jazz.

The Jazz are doing well because they have a lot of the right pieces in place right now. In a seven-game series they could beat anybody in the league -- if they play up to their potential. AK is an important cog in the wheel right now. It's unbelievable how Hornacek's pschological coaching has helped the lanky Russian.

Whatever will we without AK-47's excellent shooting marksmanship?

the jazz are doing very well and he is getting older and so he has more things to deal with and he will be able to last a long time and do well in that time and it is maby every once in a while that players have problems so quit complaining.

Goodness, Goodness! You don't like AK's 50% shooting? 38% three-point shooting? Or maybe it's the 80% free-throw shooting that had you down. He's tied for fourth best shooting percentage and third in three-point percentage.

That's a terrible thing to have. Wish we would have dumped it for Ben Wallace's 37% shooting and 42% FT.

Right now every player is valuable and is important to the Jazz......well maybe not Hart and Collins but one through ten is. Especially the Jazz are a team who relies on there bench more than most of the other top teams. If they can keep playing the way they have been and can add Big Fes to the lineup one month prior to the playoffs and get him some experience this team is as good as any in the west and the nice thing right now is everyones talking about the Suns, Lakers, and the Mavs right now so the Jazz are still under the radar and with a decent push could possibly steal home court advantage. GO JAZZ!!!!!
