I'm peruvian too and very glad a peruvian is showing the deliciouses of peruvian food. Just I'd like to know if this recipe is going to be given to the public or if it's already display somewhere.

Congratulations, Amparo! Hi Raquel, the recipe is given in this online edition of Deseret Morning News under Food & Dining for last Wednesday, February 13 under the article talking about Utahns competing in the show. It sounds very delicious.

Congratulations Amparo! I am sure this is just the start, Peruvian Cuisine has more than 469 dishes, from different regions. It is considered one of the best and more diverse cuisines in the world! As a Peruvian, I am glad Peruvian food is getting more and more popular in the US.

I HATE TO DISAPPOINT ALL OF YOU, SO FAR. I HAVE BEEN TO PERU TWICE IN THE LAST THREE YEARS, AND ALL I ATE WAS "POLLO A LA BRASA", BECAUSE THERE, IT IS THE MOST DELICIOUS CHICKEN RECIPE ONE CAN EAT. ONE MONTH AGO I WENT TO TGI FRIDAY'S JUST TO TRY THAT "POLLO A LA BRASA" DISH. WELL, IT DID NOT COMPARE AT ALL. IT WAS NOT TENDER AND JUICY AND ON TOP OF IT, IT WAS OVERPRICED.
BY THE WAY, I AM A NATIVE OF LIMA, PERU AND HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE USA FOR SEVERAL DECADES NOW, BUT I SURE CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE. IT'S BIG. THAT RECIPE CAN PROBABLY BE IMITATED, BUT CAN ONLY BE DUPLICATED IN PERU, UNDER THE RIGHT CONDITIONS AND WITH THE RIGHT SPICES. TRUST ME. TGI FRIDAY'S "POLLO A LA BRASA" IS ONLY A FAIR APPROXIMATION TO THE REAL THING!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE PROBABLY SWEET LADY WHO VENTURED AND WON THE CONTEST. IT IS, NEVERTHELESS, AN HONEST EFFORT AND A GAIN FOR ALL PERUVIANS IN THE USA.

OOPS! I WROTE THE PREVIOUS COMMENTARY AND FORGOT TO MENTION THAT MY WIFE, A NATIVE OF CHICAGO, ILLINOIS THOUGHT THAT THE "FRENCH FRIED SWEET POTATOES" THAT WE ORDERED WITH THE "POLLO A LA BRASA" WERE UNIQUE AND AND POSITIVELY DELICIOUS!
