While the current law is being discussed and proposing changes in it there should be a moritorium on incorporations of cities until this law is corrected or apporved as is. These under the table incorporations are not the intent of the law so should not be approved by any means. One person creating a town and having total control, financially and legally is inappropriate and should not be allowed. One person should not have the right to dictate the future of many residents out of self greed or self serving powers. Therefore, any and all petitions for incorporation and annexation be put on a wait and see list and no approvals or new petitions accepted until further notice.
