This is great. It's about time Inglish and his buddies take some scrutiny. I'm glad Rep. Harper is taking the lead on this, and hope other legislators follow suit.

Wait, if I'm reading that correctly then there isn't already people who ride the bus on the UTA board?! It is no wonder then that the system has so many problems. Let's definitely get some actual transit users on the board and within a year the system will be improved to the point that it will be on par with other major cities (and even minor cities... even Logan is able to provide reliable bus service to within 2 blocks of the majority of the population... I doubt UTA can claim that).
