BEWARE!!! The
gov. will tell you thyey can privatize and save money--NOT SO.Maybe for a short time,long enough to get the Gov. employees ousted. Then--LOOK OUT. There will be a major rash of change orders,etc. which ALWAYS happens becauws of the way a contract is written. If an item/service cost $10,000.oo in the contract, the change order will boost it up to$35,000.oo 0or more. Been there,done that. Fight and pray that privatization goes away.
Stephensen must own a golf course, swimming pool etc and doesn't want to compete with tax payers inexpensive facilities. He is trying to create I have and you can't have environment. Self serving for sure
