Jimmy loves SInan, but thinks he is wrong not to enjoy the records. Jimmy loves having new records it makes the games fun and gives the team confidence.

Sinan sounds too much like Sloan. Fun does equal confidence. Sloan rarely encourages fun and that is why his teams struggle with confidence. A good shooter like Giricek never stood a chance with Sloan because Jerry beat the confidence out of him at every turn. The only successful players for Sloan are those who are so mentally tough they can overcome Sloan's negativity and stay confident despite it.

Sloan says the team has an obligation to the fans but after hearing the ESA explode last night every time they hit a 3 he shrugs his shoulders and says stuff like they were only worth 3 points not 100. I guess the fans like it so I can live with it. He is forcing himself to live with it? Why not celebrate something that has not happened before and may not happen again.

I don't get this coach. Fun, success, statements made while playing all equate to confidence. Let them be confident Jerry and trust them to rein things in when it needs to be done.

Sinan loves Jimmy's S. too. Sinan wanted to say "to be a champion is on everything" Also Sinan tried to explain how much he enjoyed by " cream on honey". But Sinan lives in Turkey, not an US citizen = main language is not english and sometimes hardly explains what he wants to say. Regards to all.
PS: Sinan prefers to be a champion instead of having many new records.
