I read too many stories of police going out of their bounds far too often. It's about time we do something to restrain them.
I loathe Mark Madsen, but I have to admit, he has it right on this one. We need this bill. The government must not have the ability to seize our weapons by simply declaring a state of emergency. It would be very possible and plausible for a gun-hating totalitarian to declare a state of emergency, that emergency being that there are too many guns in the hands of civilians, and take our guns. Get this bill passed!!
