President Hinckley, you were the only President I knew since I joined the Church in 2005. We will all miss you. I know you are better off with your wife and family who have gone before you. I will miss you very much. Say Hi to Joseph Smith, Heavenly Father and Jesus for me. Thank-you President for always sending a responce to letters I wrote to you to the people who needed them. Thanks for all your help. Say Hi to my family member's up there for me. Chris

President Hinckley will truly be missed, but we know he is reunited with his beloved Marjorie. What a great example of a married couple they were. I had the privilege of assisting President Hinckley out of a car at the dedication of the Dallas Texas Temple many years ago, but I still remember the smile and the gracious man he was. Our condolences to the Hinckley family.

We are so very greatful for all the years President Hinckley was part of our lives. He was the greatest example to our family, always encouraging us to be the best example to others, to be of service, to stand firm in our beliefs, most of all to be Christlike to anyone we encountered. Our children love him and will miss him, but they have the assurance they will see him again someday.Thank you, President Hinckley.

Along with the other 12 million members of the church world wide, I express my love and admiration for Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley. He was truly a man of God, and a man of the people. I feel honored and priviliged to have called him my Prophet, and rejoice at the wonderful reunion I know has taken place with those who have gone before, especially his sweet wife Marjorie. May God continue to smile upon them both.

Our hearts are so full of love for Pres. Hinckley We are very saddened for his passing but so excited for his reunion with Sister Hinckley. What a great day in Heaven it must have been. We will truly miss him.
We were blessed to be in Arco Arena in Sacto.,Ca. with him. All the kids who were performing were sitting on the floor and were told not to stand. But the moment he enter the room the spirit over took them and they all stood and cheered. What a great moment to see our youth know how great this man was. And have the love and respect for him. The spirit was over whelming I can't remember a time I had felt it so strong it was wonderful to be in his presence. I was grateful our daughter could experience it. She will never forget that feeling nor us. Thank you for all your years of service and sacrifice for us President Hinckley. We love you and will remember you always.

The Church has lost a great man, leader, and a magnificient Prophet! May the HEAVENLY FATHER bless his family, as we know HE will. May the HEAVENLY FATHER bless our next President & Prophet. He will have very big shoes to fill, as President Hinckley was truly a man of GOD. His actions, personality, and the good work that he done, will be hard to "out-do!" But, we all know that GOD is in charge, and our next Prophet & President, will do just that. Our family says; GOD bless you Gordon B. Hinckley, now go to your rest! You truly deserve it!

Thank you Gordon B. Hinckley for being a shining example of commitment to the truth of Heavenly Father and His Son whom appeared to young Joseph Smith jr. who is and was a prophet who restored Jesus Christ gospel in these last days. Through your faithful and wise leadership many have been blessed and inspired of the Lord to continue to endure till the end and to always spread the message of Christ that he lives and we can return to him fully restored to our families if we so choose. Thanks for leaving this world wide church with such a wanting desire to continue where you left off in loving kindness and feverent fellowship with our members and non members alike. You will always be a remeberance to me that One Must Always Be Slow To Anger it is the #1 cause of much tribulation in this world. Glory to Thee Heavenly Father and I thank Thee for the peace our prohet has left us with as well as the peace he is basking in now. I say these things in Jesus sweet name Amen.

I'm honored to join this online gathering of saints and friends to pay tribute to a diminutive giant among men, and servant of all. His loving gaze seemed to fall only upon family wherever he went. We all are blessed by his faithful, cheery temperament and unflagging optimism.

His witness of the risen Christ seems like a personal gift for me.

I'll do my best, President!

Last night I was reading the text from a BYU Devotional he gave about the 13th Article of Faith. Without a doubt he exemplified about which he spoke. Perhaps the last two Mormons to hear the news, we learned of his passing this morning when my sister called. I will miss him dearly and he will always hold a special place in my heart. Til we meet again!

Our whole family will miss Pres. Hinckley. He was our children's Prophet, the one they have grown up knowing. My daughter said, "I wish he could have lived forever". "He will", I replied. Our prayers are with his family, but know the joy he and his wife are experiencing as they re-unite. The world is a better place because God gave him to us for a time.

Our family home evening lesson tonight is on "kindness." I can't think of a better example of kindess and goodness than President Hinckley. If we could all, as he would say, "do little better" in showing kindness and tolerance to those around us, this world would be a much better place. The media keeps talking about President Hinckley's legacy. I think it's simple. His legacy is love.

Last night when I was with my son Samuel in his bed, and talking with him about President Hinckley death, my son, with a tear in his eyes told me: I feel happy because tonight my Prophet will be with his wife, with Heavenly Father and the other prophets!
I'm deeply impressed by the greatness of this son f God. What a great insspiration has been him in my life and as well in my family.
Saints in Mexico will remember always President Hinckley as the Prophet that completed 12 temples in Lehi's land.

President Hinckley's life was an exhaustive effort to make the world a better place. I will always love him and cherish the memory of being in his presence in different meetings. He TRULY was and still is a man of God and led God's Church with such exemplary love. Although I will miss hearing him and his witty humor, I am happy for him that he's with his beloved sweetheart. He did his work and left us the call to "Carry on" and do our own life's work. I love Gordon B. Hinckley.

I am very saddened by President Hinkley's passing, but yet have felt now some joy in the fact he is with his beloved wife and is walking with our Heavenly Father.

Such a great man, a great servant and prophet, and yet so humble. He always wished for God's children to treat each other with love and respect, no matter the race, religion, colour, gender, culture or nationality of each person. I hope we will continue to do so.

All love to President Hinkley's family and friends as well.

We were just finishing a ward fireside when we heard the news of Pres. Hinckley's passing. I assured my ward members, "We were all wondering if Pres. Hinckley would be able to attend our Temple Dedication next Sunday. The answer is yes... Both Gordon B. Hinckley and Jesus will be in Rexburg on February 3rd." I'm sure they won't miss it.

I say Amen to all the wonderful comments thus far stated. My first reaction, was like many others, Oh what a glorious reunion is going on beyond the veil. He is finally with his beloved Marjorie. He stated so many times how much he missed her. Yes, we will miss him greatly, but we have his words available to us, and can show our love for him by working hard to live the way he counseled. God bless this very special man.

All who heard him felt that he loved them. I will remember his wisdom, his humour, his prophetic counsel and his love. He was a true ambassador of Jesus Christ in word and deed. He loved the Britain where he served his mission and the Saints over here considered him one of their own. He was quite simply, the outstanding leader of his generation and when the true history of this world is written, his name will be revered among the great ones.

To the dear Hinkley family,
We send our love and deepest sympathy for the loss of your sweet father, grandfather, and great grandfather, as well as our dear prophet. When years ago, his father wrote him the letter on his own mission that would change his life, that said, "forget yourself and get to work," he instantly took that to heart, never looked back, and from that moment on, wore out his life in service to his Father in Heaven. May we all live up to the legacy and great example he leaves. He inspired everyone he met. President Hinkley, you will so be missed.
