How we will miss this great prophet leader. My heart is sad that we will not hear him speak this coming April at Conference, but I am thrilled that he has been reunited with his beloved Marjorie. I am so grateful for this glorious gospel and the seamless way the church continues to be governed on the death of it's leader. We thank Thee O God for A Prophet.
Pres. Hinckley was truly a prophet of God and will be greatly missed. He was the temple builder of the church and I have the opportunity being an ordinance worker in a temple that he dedicated. We had the opportunity to hear him one last time 2 weeks ago at our Regional Stake Conference for 90 stakes in California. What a strength and comfort he is to my spirit of knowing he was given to us for such a long time. He will be truly missed and I'm grateful for the opportunity of knowing him and feeling the spirit he generated each time he spoke and having the opportunity of seeing him in person at General Conference last October. I'll never forget that experience. I'm so glad he is reunited with his dear Marjorie.
The outstanding feature of this prophet is that he was led by the Savior who commissioned the divine authority of the church by direct revelation.
We love our Savior and his beloved prophet, President Gordon B. Hinckley. Thank you President Hinckley for making this world alittle more like the life of the Savior. A servant leader and a teacher of the gospel of peace. May the Lord bless the families and the quorum of the 12.
Even though we missed our beloved Prophet, we know he is happily reunited with his beloved companion, Majorie. We named our youngest son, Bitner, and though he is only 4 years old, he has a great love for the prophet and when I told him that President Hinckley passed away, he sadly said "Poor Prophet Hinckley!"
Thank you President Hinckley for your unconditional love and for your great examples. You brought a lot of blessings for us here in Samoa when you came for our Temple dedication. We will greatly missed you during this coming General Conference. You are a great hero of these latter days!
Our prayers and thoughts are with the Hinckley families.

"In our eternal journey we take one step at a time. In doing so we move toward the unknown, but faith lights the way. If we will cultivate that faith we shall never walk in darkness." Thank you, President Hinkley for this beautiful quote as well as many others. You have greatly influenced our humble family.
The church as well as the world has lost a great leader. He was a prophet to the world. I and my family will miss him tremendously.
I am so sorry about this our beloved prophet. He could
enter deeply in the hearts of all of us. I saw him in person for three times; the last time, in the ocassion of the dedication of the Caracas temple, the Spirit testified me that he was a true prophet of God. He will really miss him very much and his inspired messages full of wisdom and love. He is an example of a
what a member of the Curch must do to be a real servant of God. I will always remember him.

"We thank thee of God for a Prophet to guides in these latter days."
As we mourned President Hinckley's passing, we rejoice as he meets his beloved wife Marjorie. Though he has gone passed the veil, his teachings and love for the people will remain in our hearts and minds for generations to come.
May the Lord continue to embrace his wonderful family here on earth.
We will deeply miss your comforting words, humor at conference and your Christlike attributes President Hinckley but we will await for the time when we will meet again.

"The World Mourns?" Please. Give me a break. This is a huge story in Utah. Outside the borders it'll barely be a blip on the radar. A brief mention on the back pages of most daily papers.
Dear, Dear President Hinckley,
I haave read so many wonderful words of comfort and praise for a kind and loving Prophet who has been called back home to be with his eternal companion again. What a joyous reunion! Your loyal leadership will never be forgotten by our entire church membership and world leaders everywhere. Your truly perfect example life has touched millions of people for good everywhere.
My love and sympathy to your family, may they find solace and peace in knowing they will someday be reunited with their kind parents!
My family in the Philippines as well as millions of Filipino Saints mourn the passing of the prophet of our time. President Hickley never failed to express his love for the Saints from the isles of the sea. He dedicated the Philippines to the preaching of the gospel and it has blessed the lives of so many. When he visited the Philippines in 1996, my family traveled a long ways just to catch even glimpse of the prophet of God. When we saw him, tears just trickled down our cheeks. Little did I know that I would come to as close to President Hinckley as I could ever wish for when I came to Utah and was priviledged to attend the Filipno Conference broadcasted during the Visayas-Mindanao Regional Conference last April 21, 2007. I had the same emotions I had back then when I first saw the prophet in my homeland. He is a man of God. It is but bitter-sweet to know that he is leaving us to claim his reward for a life very well-lived.

A man of God has done his job and the lord has called him home to be reunited with family and friends. What a marvelous reunion it will be to see those who had gone before and embrace on the other side of the Vail.
Till we meet again.
