Thank you for your life, example, love and leadership. Thank you for the Temple in Johannesburg, where I am now serving. Thank you dear President Hinckley for continuing without Sister Marjory and our deep gratitude to her and all your family for sharing you with the whole world. What peace and joy to know without any doubt that you will be together again and that you heard Him say; "Well done Thou good and faithfull servant."
How we will miss this giant of a man. President Hinckley was obviously the Lord's choice for this season the earth's history. He was kind, inspired, and just plain 'right'.
We will miss you, your wisdom and uplifting words. Thank you for the decades of service performed on our behalf. Thank you for being such a spokesman of goodwill to world. You allowed them to see that the LDS people are good, decent, patriotic Christians with love for all mankind.
I am happy to know that you are surrounded by your wife, parents, family and friends. Your legacy will endure forever. All our love and gratitude to you.
Our whole family will miss Pres. Hinckley. He was our children's Prophet, the one they have grown up knowing. My daughter said, "I wish he could have lived forever". "He will", I replied. Our prayers are with his family, but know the joy he and his wife are experiencing as they re-unite. The world is a better place because God gave him to us for a time.
Our family home evening lesson tonight is on "kindness." I can't think of a better example of kindess and goodness than President Hinckley. If we could all, as he would say, "do little better" in showing kindness and tolerance to those around us, this world would be a much better place. The media keeps talking about President Hinckley's legacy. I think it's simple. His legacy is love.
Last night when I was with my son Samuel in his bed, and talking with him about President Hinckley death, my son, with a tear in his eyes told me: I feel happy because tonight my Prophet will be with his wife, with Heavenly Father and the other prophets!
I'm deeply impressed by the greatness of this son f God. What a great insspiration has been him in my life and as well in my family.
Saints in Mexico will remember always President Hinckley as the Prophet that completed 12 temples in Lehi's land.

Sincero pesame a la Familia inmediata de nuestro amado profeta.Lo estraaremos y recordaremos pues fue un gran hombre y lider, oramos por tener consuelo en este momento.
President Hinckley's life was an exhaustive effort to make the world a better place. I will always love him and cherish the memory of being in his presence in different meetings. He TRULY was and still is a man of God and led God's Church with such exemplary love. Although I will miss hearing him and his witty humor, I am happy for him that he's with his beloved sweetheart. He did his work and left us the call to "Carry on" and do our own life's work. I love Gordon B. Hinckley.
Heavenly Father bless us with a great leader, and great man, our beloved Prophet.
We will miss his smile and the love his has for everyone. Thanks for all your great words and works.
Will see you again.
We love you.

I am very saddened by President Hinkley's passing, but yet have felt now some joy in the fact he is with his beloved wife and is walking with our Heavenly Father.
Such a great man, a great servant and prophet, and yet so humble. He always wished for God's children to treat each other with love and respect, no matter the race, religion, colour, gender, culture or nationality of each person. I hope we will continue to do so.
All love to President Hinkley's family and friends as well.
We were just finishing a ward fireside when we heard the news of Pres. Hinckley's passing. I assured my ward members, "We were all wondering if Pres. Hinckley would be able to attend our Temple Dedication next Sunday. The answer is yes... Both Gordon B. Hinckley and Jesus will be in Rexburg on February 3rd." I'm sure they won't miss it.
I feel that I've lost my best friend. My other best friend, My Dad, passed away on January 3, 2008. What a blessing and comfort to me and my family to know that President Hinckley and my Dad are there together. My Dad was a great man also. Farewell, until we meet again. Peace be with you and your family at this time.
Thankyou....for the life you lived, for the example you set, for the testimony you shared. "Way to Be" President. We will miss you. Enjoy your sweet reunion.
I say Amen to all the wonderful comments thus far stated. My first reaction, was like many others, Oh what a glorious reunion is going on beyond the veil. He is finally with his beloved Marjorie. He stated so many times how much he missed her. Yes, we will miss him greatly, but we have his words available to us, and can show our love for him by working hard to live the way he counseled. God bless this very special man.
Your teachings will be missed in conference. welcome home.
While we mourn the death a of our beloved prophet, many are rejoicing in a happy reunion on the other side of the veil. President Hinckley has left a legacy of service and love to the world. We will miss him but will join him someday in our eternal home. He and his eternal companion, Marjorie, are together again. My Heavenly Father bless his earthly family.
All who heard him felt that he loved them. I will remember his wisdom, his humour, his prophetic counsel and his love. He was a true ambassador of Jesus Christ in word and deed. He loved the Britain where he served his mission and the Saints over here considered him one of their own. He was quite simply, the outstanding leader of his generation and when the true history of this world is written, his name will be revered among the great ones.
Thank you for the inspirations, examples and testimonies. You will always be in our hearts. May your reunion be as glorious as the glory of the celestial kingdom. Fair well my beloved prophet. Until we meet again.
To the dear Hinkley family,
We send our love and deepest sympathy for the loss of your sweet father, grandfather, and great grandfather, as well as our dear prophet. When years ago, his father wrote him the letter on his own mission that would change his life, that said, "forget yourself and get to work," he instantly took that to heart, never looked back, and from that moment on, wore out his life in service to his Father in Heaven. May we all live up to the legacy and great example he leaves. He inspired everyone he met. President Hinkley, you will so be missed.
God be with you 'til we meet again. Ole a le fa'agaloina oe i o matou agaga
