It was a blow to hear of our prophet's death. Tammy and I have made sure that our family has had his teachings firmly planted in it's heart. We will all miss President Hinckley and wish our blessings of comfort for his family. "We thank thee o God for Gordon B. Hinckley"...

Sadness on Earth, great joy & happiness for the wonderful reunion in Heaven! Thank the Lord for the time we had with Pres. Hinckley - now he's moved on to other work. Thank you for your time with us Pres. Hinckley! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Brian Dan

Sad to see him gone. At the same time, I'm so happy for him to be able to be with his wife again.

The older I get the more I treasure the gift of the eternal family. My first reaction was what a glorious reunion he had with his precious wife....and how I wished I was there to document it. The glorious message of the gospel doesn't get any better than knowing that families CAN be an eternal unit, and that God lives and loves us. Now we have to turn to and harken to a NEW and LIVING prophet and give him the loyalty we gave to Pres. Hinkley. HURRAH FOR ISRAEL!

Good bye for now but not for good. I as so will many others will miss President Hinckley. What an inspiration he was. He had an incredible head on his shoulders and was a great leader with a great wit. I know he will be welcomed to the other side with arms open from millions.

He interviewed me while on my mission, and I've always held him in my heart and a particularly gentle person who made the sincerest effort to make direct contact with individuals who came his way. I loved the man and will sorely miss him.

Through the past two years of struggling with an addiction to prescription drugs, my husband always found hope in President Hinckley saying, "Just do your best." So many times he felt worthless and lost, wanting to give up on himself, but because of President Hinckley's unconditional love and encouragement to "just do your best," he has continued in the battle and forged ahead through the bright days and the dark ones. Thank you for your kind heart and bright spirit. You will be missed.

President Hinckley, the consummate missionary, will be remembered for his love and concern for all persons world wide and his love for his Heavenly Father. His examples of commitment, labor, love and humor will long be emulated by the Latter Day Saints and others who had the opportuity to partake of his wise counsel. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with the Hinckley family

We are so grateful for our beloved prophet. We love him and honor him. We are deeply saddened by his passing and will miss him dearly, but we are strenthened by his expemplary life and vibrant, immovable testimony of the Lord's work. We rejoice in the life he lived and the work he will continue to do with the Lord. He has strengthened our testimony of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and taught us by word and example how to be ever faithful. He is the prophet of our youth and we have been blessed as he has served steadfastly in his calling. We love President Hinckley! May the Lord be with his family.

Love,
