His lifestyle for his entire life made this world a better place to live, and so his goodness/dedication to our Lord has improved the lives of millions, both on this side of the veil..and the other. With humility and love I speak of his greatness, some sadness at his death, but great joy for his reunion with his beloved wife and other family members. geny morriosn

Thank you President Hinckley.

Will someone get the advertisement with the half-dressed woman off of the page with this article? It just seems rather inappropriate.

President Hinckley was a wonderful prophet and example of a disciple of Christ...The light of Christ was reflected through him. Let us all try to emulate him by coming closer to our Savior. This gospel is true. The plan of salvation is a perfect plan of happiness. Life continues after death. President Hinckley remains an instrument in the Lord's hands. We mourn and rejoice at the same time. We are thankful for remarkable love and leadership from all who serve.

I have a picture in my mind of the Savior looking fondly on as President Hinckley is greeted by his wife and then embracing him with a "Well done thou good an faithful servant.

Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley was our beloved Prophet. His counsel is cherished, his love and kindness exemplary, his smile was captivating and his physical strength at 97 was amazing. Though we miss him greatly, we know he is in perfect health now and that he has happily rejoined his beloved wife, parents, and many loved ones who have gone on before. We grieve at our loss of this great Prophet and defender of the faith.

So long for now President Hinckley. We will continue to strive to roll the work forward just as you asked us to do so many times. We thank you for your life-long dedication to the Church, its members and non-members alike. Your love for the Youth is beyond measure and I know they are forever grateful for your counsel and inspiration to them.

I was honored to have heard President Hinckley's wife's funeral services from outside the Tabernacle but will not be blessed to hear President Hinckley's. For that I am sad, but happy that he is reunited with his loving wife, Marjorie and Heavenly Father. What a GREAT Prophet he was. I will forever remember him and all that he accomplished here on earth. May he rest in peace with his dear wife. What a truly wonderful man he was for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint. I will truly miss his talks on General Conference day. What a truly wonderful, inspiring man he was. We thank thee, O God, for a prophet and for this great man. May he rest in peace. My condolences to the family and the rest of the world for the loss of such a great man.

Pt. Hinckley was a great leader and example for all of us. He had such a love for the people and Christ-like life style. As Pt Monson said "Our beloved Prophet" Thanks!

my prayers are with the family.i got a chance to hear the prophet years ago in Schenectady NY.i cannot remember what he said other than crack a joke about the place.my husband told me this morning,i cried,I'm still crying.I've been a member 20 some years and Pres. Hinckley is the only one i remember paying attention to.he will be missed real bad, but when we remember him we will always have a big smile and a chuckle because of his wisdom and humor. the next leader has some very very big shoes to fill.he has graduated and passed with flying colors,he's gone home and now gets to see his wife and family.i am very grateful to the children of Pres.Hinckley for sharing him with us,the world. I THANK YOU HEAVENLY FATHER FOR THE BIG LOAN,PRES. HINCKLEY.
