Last night Heaven became a more beautiful place. I am so happy to think that he's reunited with his wife again. He missed her so much. I will miss President Hinckley!! It makes me sad to think we'll never again hear one of your wonderful talks. Well, at least not in this life...

We will greatly miss President Hinckley. We have loved and revered him as a prophet of God. His leadership has richly blessed our family here in Middle Tennessee.

President Hinckley was the prophet of my transition from youth to adulthood. I'll always remember the love I felt every time I heard him speak. His love of the Savior and love of the church members are his greatest legacy. He never wanted acclaim or reward. He sincerely loved all the taught and served. How I miss him and wish to emulate his service.

I remember his sermon at the 2004 General RSMeeting. He said, "Until I got older I never dreamed of what a demanding responsibility it is to keep food in the pantry, to keep clothing neat and presentable, to buy all that is needed to keep a home running. I see their [his granddaughter's] husbands, and I feel like saying to them: 'Do you know how much she does?' Well, you dear women, I say thanks to you. Thank you for being the kind of people you are and doing the things you do."

I've always remembered that comment and if I ever felt overwhelmed by the many responsibilities of a Mother I'd say to myself, "President Hinckley thanks me. He appreciates that work I do." And I would feel better. Thank you President Hinckley.

We were fortunate to have such a Prophet for so long. Now he is with his dear Marjorie.

Thank you for touching our lives in such a positive way. You always will be remembered as a Temple builder, strenghth to our families, so humble on guiding us on the Lord's path, your inspired leadership, all the love you had for all.
We are sad to loose you but happy that you are with your sweet wife, now for eternity.
We will always love you and miss you.

I met him once in Pusan, Korea when I was a culture- shocked, bewildered new missionary. His upbeat, down-to-earth demeanor gave me a tremendous lift that has stayed with me since that day in 1975. I feel as if I have lost a true friend.

I will look for you among the stars in the place where they shine brighter than anywhere on earth and read your words often to feel your spirit and testimony. Go President, on to your eternal reward!

A prophet to the world not just to the mormons. He will be missed by all. What a great legacy he has left for God's children. May all of us try a little harder to live a life similar to his. Imagine what a great place the world would be if we were all like Gordon B. Hinckley.

Now I understand why President Monson didn't sound or look like himself yesterday during our Stake conference Broadcast. There are no words that can express the lose we will feel. President Hinckley was an example of how hard we should all be working at what ever task we are given and to do it with viger and humer but sted fast to what ever our father would have us do. We love you President Hinckley and Thank you for all you did and the love and example you gave us.

A life well lived! We are grateful to Pres. Hinckley for all of his service and all of his great words of wisdom. I was just wondering yesterday if he would be able to come to the Rexburg Temple dedication, and while he won't be there in person I am confident he will be there in spirit now. His Temple building work continues and will continue as his legacy, one of his many legacies.
Sympathy to his family and all of those who mourn.
