His book 'Stand a Little Taller' has inspired me. The book lead me to believe he is an Evangelical Christian. President Hinkley tried to build relationships with other mainstream Christian denominations. He will be missed.

He was my childhood Prophet and I will always remember him for that. It is a very sad thing for him to pass away, but I know he is with his sweet wife now, and continuing his work on the other side, like so many others have said.

"Come listen to a Prophets voice", your voice will always ring in my ears. I love you and pray for your family. Tell we meet again.

I have been so blessed to have been taught by a prophet of God. His life was centered on service. He came to my state(Mississippi) to teach me, he brought a temple to me....what great love and concern he had for all of us.
Today we lost a great man- A Prophet

I'll miss his enthusiasm, leadership, & efforts to help others become better. He was a man of integrity and hard work. My prayers are with his loved ones.

To President Hinkleys Family, How very much your wonderful father will be missed. He has been a great spiritual leader to us as members of the Lords Church on the earth. We loved him as prophet and president for his dedication and service to all mankind. Thank you President Hinkley. Your reunion with sister Hinkley is very special.

As a Young Women leader, I know first hand the great love President Hinckley had for our youth. He, probably more so then any other before him, literally tore down walls between The Church and the rest of the world. By doing so he has softened many hearts and opened many minds. I feel so lucky to have received so many blessings by following our sweet prophet. Thank you so much for your loving service.

What a huge loss for all of us members of the LDS Church. He was such an inspiration to so many. I am sure he is thrilled to finally be with his Father in Heaven and his beloved wife, Marjorie. My love goes out to his family. He will be missed by many! I will be forever grateful for all his good works!

He spent his life in the service of others. If only we all could be so dutiful to our faith (LDS or not). I know I will endeavor to do so. Thank you President Hinckley we will miss you!
