My Family and I will miss him terribly. For as long as we can remember he has been there. His was a voice of love, of comfort, peace, reassurance and voice of strength. I will miss his voice and his shaking hand accentuating what he taught as he spoke from the podium, bore testimony and as the Holy Ghost filled our hearts with that deep, quiet peace each time he invoked his blessing upon us. Thank you President Hinckley for all you have done for us. You take a piece of our hearts with you.

The world has lost a great man... what a vibrant and wholesome individual for us to look to as an example. Our family will miss you President Hinckley.

A truly great and amazing man and prophet. We will miss you so much.

With all that many in this world would have you believe about the LDS church, just listening to this man speak for a few minutes would always remove any doubts about the validity of his calling or this church. I will miss him and am grateful to him for the guidance and direction he has given me and my family. Thank you President Hinkley for your service

I shall never forget when I first met President Hinckley. I was in the Mission Home in 1949 when he came to talk to us. Everyone commented what an fabulous speaker he was and would no doubt become a powerful Church leader. We all will miss our beloved prophet.

what sad news for us, and great news for him. He is my hero, and I love him with all my heart. He was my leader through my teenage years, and his counsel has really blessed my life.

As I listened to these words from his last conference talk to the whole church this week, I felt his blessing and thought that if that was the last time he spoke, I would always feel that blessing! "I leave with you my testimony of the truth of these things, and I invoke the blessings of heaven upon you. May the windows of heaven be opened and blessings showered upon you as the Lord has promised. Never forget that this was His promise and that He has the power and the capacity to see that it is fulfilled. I so pray as I leave my blessing and love with you in the sacred name of our Redeemer, even the Lord Jesus Christ, amen."

We are extremely saddened to hear the news of President Gordon B. Hinckley's passing this evening.
He was such a great man and we loved him so much.
He was truly a latter-day Saint in the highest degree. He was our prophet, our example and our friend. May the Hinckley family be comforted at this difficult time. Thank you President Hinckley
for being such a great example of the principles and teachings of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We will forever love you.

President Hickley will be know as the prophet of my youth and for many new converts as the prophet they first came to know.

My deepest gratitude for his life of service.
