Ron Artest acted like a complete fool in this game. Matt Harpering plays rough, but by no means tries to hurt others. Artest was looking for a fight and the refs should of kicked him way earlier. Keep it up Jazz and lets get some road wins. I would love to see the Warriors fall out of the playoff hunt because of you. Kirilenko has been shooting the try amazing. Horny has done a great job with him.

1st is over. Now 2 more very important games for standings. We must win Houston and S.A. games. Those two teams are on a win streak way. GO JAZZ.

Tim:
The most remarkable thing of the game was D-Wil's 14 rebounds.

To Buckley... | 8:25 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Williams had 14 assists...I'd be shocked if he ever got 14 rebounds
Many Thanks | 8:35 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
The Jazz looked bored and clinical unitl Artest went mental. Thank you Artest, for waking the Jazz up after they drifted around the court like zombies for more than two quarters. Maybe we should bring Artest on the road with us...

It's punks like Artest that ruin this game. He should be given the boot permanently out of the NBA.
Editor? | 9:41 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Doesn't anyone edit these articles? This is one of the most poorly written articles I've read in some time. Congratulations.

The Jazz picked up a good win last night. Playing Houston in Houston is not a big hurdle if they expect to be in the hunt for a playoff position. The key game will be holding home court against the Spurs on Monday. If they can't get the job done against the Spurs, then "forget about it", regarding the playoffs in terms of being able to go anyplace. The Kings are not a playoff team, so you have to beat them in Salt Lake and in Sacrament at least 75% of the time. It is about time Kirilenko had a better scoring game. What about C.J. Miles and his future with the Jazz? Will we be treated with any information from the Jazz organization?
Psycho | 9:52 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Ron Artest is psycho and should be suspended for that sideshow garbage. I have never seen anything like that before. Even more than that, I lost ALL respect for Reggie Theus for allowing that to go on. Attitude REFLECTS leadership does it not? Sloan would not put up with that for a second. Artest should have been ejected long before he was and Theus just told me a lot about himself. What a joke. Good win over the Sac. Queens.

Ron Artest + Chest Thumping = Big Dumb angry Ape.
MATT HARPRING IS MY NEW HERO!!!
KEEP BANGIN FELLAS
AND THANK YOU FOR SENDING THE KINGS HOME WITH THERE HEADS BETWEEN THEIR LEGS!

We know what this team is capable of. We just need to see it on the road. Winning in Houston will be a confidence booster.
Ol'pro | 10:58 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Wooooow.............. D-Will had four more REBOUNDS than what Carlos did. Wonder what happened to the assists?

HEY MOTO X...... Perhaps you should send a private message to Mr Buckley, tell him to learn English....No ? Of course, it's just a bunch of GIBBERISCH ,RIGHT (Not J)

Never the less, very hard fought game and a nice win for the team.

Oh yes...What where SlowN's remarks in his postgame comments .....? To negative to mention and bring up again !

Reggie Theus on the other hand was very professional about his assesment concerning the ejection of his player .

What a difference !

With the success that Jeff Hornacek has gotten with AK, in the part time coaching, just think how successful SlowN could be if he'd do some little bit of this concern in coaching (slowNism)

They might have not perhaps lost at least 8/9 games.(more SlowNism)

Players pride won this one.
Really | 11:31 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Where are all of you anti- Harpring peeps now? The Jazz should learn a lesson from last night. For 2 quarters they were playing pretty good, but when Artest went off they seemed to find a new energy level. If this team would play with that same energy they will have no problem making the playoffs. Thanks Matt, and especially Artest you brought out the best in this team.
Klayton | 11:30 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Nice win guys! Keep up the good work! We desperately need to win against the Rockets and Spurs though. I believe the Jazz will really get themselves in a groove the next few weeks if they can pull that off.
Wow | 11:54 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Yeah I agree, terribly written article. D Will had 14 rebounds? Artest was ejected after the Jazz Had built a comfortable lead at 114-110?
It's Kyle not Cal! | 12:19 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Hey the Jazz are rollin right now since the Gor-Don for Kyle Korver trade. Will someone please tell Hot Rob Huntley that his name is KYLE KORVER, not CAL KOVER!!!
he's driving me crazy calling him CAL. I guess because I know how it's supposed to be pronounced since my own name is KYLE

KYLE KOR-VER, KYLE KOR-VER, KYLE KOR-VER!!!!!!!!!!
OH, AND ALSO HOT ROB, IT'S NOT THE "JAZZ RADIO BASKETBALL NETWORK" EITHER! "THE JAZZ RADIO NETWORK" WILL DO. WE ALREADY KNOW IT'S BASKETBALL!!!!!!!

THANKS, AND GO JAZZ
BUG | 12:30 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
I LOVE THE JAZZ, unfortunately
I wasn't able to watch the game last night, but heard it was a good one! As far as the Ron Ar"pest" deal... he is a joke! He should have been kicked out of the NBA after the brawl in Detroit! He is hazard not only to all players on the court, but also to fans in the seats! How much longer is the NBA going to let players like that go on rampages whenever the feel like it! This isn't the UFC Ron! Didnt your teachers in pre-school teach you the ABC's? The NBA is a basketball association, not a fighting club!... And for the records, Matt would have kicked his trash!
Hot -ROD- Hot- ROD | 1:07 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
I think that same someone should tell you that his name his HOT-ROD, Not HOT-ROB..
re: Hot ROD Hot ROD | 1:19 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
I think It's Kyle not Cal was trying to show how stupid it is to mess up on Kyle's name when he called Hot Rod HOT ROD on purpose. Duh.
hobbit | 1:57 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Hey bug nice comment, maybe Ron should go to the WWC like all problem athlets, like Pacman from the Titans, lets not forget the Utah favorite when Karl Malone fought Dennis Rodman at the end of thier careers. Artest is really just a disgrace to the NBA
Hot Rob | 2:22 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
I really think "Kyle" just sounds like "Cal" when filtered through HR's lingering southern accent.

Not that I'd be surprised if he was simply getting it wrong.
Amen antihart | 6:54 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
I totally agree that Hart does not belong in the NBA. He can't handle the ball, he rushes everything, can't shoot, and is a ball hog. Give price a chance. Where is Dee Brown?
Ron Artest | 8:28 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Ron Ron was great last night. I found him to be entertaining. I wish he would have punked Harpring. Harpring is a dirty player. If Sacramento would have played a little defense they would have won this game.
Re: Ron Artest | 9:53 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
Harpring is a physical player, not a dirty player. The Kings were so busy trying to get in everyone's face they lost composure and basically gave up on defense. It looks like Coach Theus has no control of the Kings team.

Artest looked like an immature brat trying to pick a fight. I was just waiting for Harpring to punch the dude. But he didn't. I guess that's just an Artest-like thing to do.
Frightening article | 11:04 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008
T. Buckley, this article was a bit frightening on the grammar and style front. Just an observation from a fellow columnist. You might want to clean it up.
