Don't get too excited. It's just the Clips & their roster has already been Clipped.
Reid C | 5:16 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Korver looked pretty good and so did Matt. I just hope they can keep it up.
Brett C | 5:18 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Where's your 4 wheeler Harpring. Your driving all over in the paint. I can see your tracks.

We need some muscle in there (G). Boozer is a snoozer.
Bill from Tooele | 7:53 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Gaylen is right; Boozer doesn't play good defense. Oh, yeah... neither does Memo.
re: Bill from tooele | 8:12 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
wow, very original comment.

Never seems to be an article without a comment on boozer's and memo's "d".
Win | 8:19 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Hey, with how bad the Jazz have been on the road, I will take a road win against a Los Angeles high school team at this point. Let's keep it up.
A Road Win | 8:20 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Regardless of who they played, the Jazz pulled it off and got stronger as the game went along on the road.

It was a good game to watch and worth it to skip out on work early to see it. They are getting a bit tougher inside on "D" as well.

Oh and Harpring is reminding me of how much he did to help this team when he was healthy.

Enough of Hart and Collins already.

Hey, did Kleiza get 41 against the Lakers last night?

It looks like the Union street impersonator is at it again

I know its only the clips, but how good is it to see some effort on defense.Great execution, Deron did a great job of getting his teammates involved in the flow.Harpring is still a heck of a ball player, the good ones just get better with age. That guy takes a licking and just keeps ticking.Oh and let Miles and Brewer handle the back up point,Hart can't.
carter | 9:42 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
good job jazz, keep it going.

The Knicks are in disaray,The Hornets need a 2 Guard. We need a banger. Lets make a deal.Do we have to bring in Monte Hall to get this job done?

Every body, loves my body, sometime.Oh sorry just crooning a little tune this morning since I'm so happy the Jazz are finally playing some Defense.I'm going to change my tune though, because it's obvious we don't gotta have Hart.Just Heart.
BJ Jazzy Rasta | 10:28 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Good solid road win..even if it was against the Clips. That team is capable of beating anyone..they beat the Suns the other night...so, I'm glad to see that Deron took some initiative and decided to go win a road game. I believe we can still win games if the players step up and someone decides to be a leader. Sloan is definitely past his prime, but players that lead are always better than any coach that TRIES to lead and fails...I'm hoping we can keep winning on the road as well as home and by season's end, be at .500 on the road. If we can do that, we'll make the playoffs and be hitting stride come playoff time! Go Jazz! D-Will HAS TO BECOME THE TRUE LEADER OF THIS TEAM. HE IS OUR ONLY HOPE!
the truth | 11:13 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Jazz haven't fixed their road woes just yet. Anyone concerned about D-will's 6 turnovers? better point guard play is a must to get more road wins! A.K. not getting back in the game in the fourth qtr is also question at this point? stay tuned to that one especially with Jerry Jr's minutes restriction lifted. A win is a win though!! nice to see everyone involved and not just numbers for Booz and D-will!!
sdd | 11:16 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
dont everybody get to high on harpring playing more minutes, thats his one good game out of 7 that he plays.......
page | 11:18 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
every time i see the jazz start missing free throws on the road i know we are in trouble. i would like to know the difference of free throws on the road and at home both attempted and percentage vs home games.i would like to see brewer and korver at the same time on the floor.I can't believe we got this guy he may be the smartest player on the team,he rebounds, passes, and his defense is pretty good.we got a steal with him.Do you remember when horny played for the jazz every time he shot the ball i thought it was going in just like korver no not a man crush.just good player
Reality | 11:36 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Hey it was only the Clippers
Huh? | 12:40 p.m. Jan. 22, 2008
What's a "reserve" layup?
Sam on Hart | 12:53 p.m. Jan. 22, 2008
People, people, people, Hart is definitely NOT Dwill, but there are perhaps 3 or 4 other PG's in the entire league at his level. However, Hart, plays defense HARD! He played great D last night and should get Kudos for it. He is also playing much better relative to earlier in the season. It is too late to acquire another PG, unless you can somehow get Dee Brown, and our SG's and SF's aren't effective there. For a guy playing only 8-10 min per game, he is doing fine.
Ty | 4:00 p.m. Jan. 22, 2008
I wasn't able to watch the game because I was at work, but I was watching the play by play thing on CBSSportsline, and from what I could tell, Kyle Korver did awesome! I would go away for a few minutes, come back and see that Korver had like 4 threes! I love Korver! Let's just hope he stays here for a while!
Cautious Hope | 6:58 p.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Now the Jazz are 2 and 10 out of their last 12 road games!
The Jazz made a mistake letting Dee Brown go in the off season. An energetic guy with a great attitude who the fans loved. He was undersized and not a great shooter, but was quick, he hustled, and put on a respectable performance in the post season. Now, we have Hart. Maybe he's catching on, if only our opponent were the Clippers every night! Aside from his performance against his old mates, his respectable-game-o-meter is so low it barely registers.
The other item on the arm chair coach agenda that can't be ignored, the nonexistent "D" of "bigmen" Boozer and Memo. We can get by with one nondefensive minded big, but not two if we expect to see any kind of respectability on the road.
It's good to see them win on the road, but will it take another 9 losses to see the next win?
ore. man | 8:55 p.m. Jan. 22, 2008
Good game Jazzmen. a win is a win.
go now you jazz
thomas | 9:58 p.m. Jan. 22, 2008
hey look at this everone they have shown the capabilites to win on the road. thats all that matters to me. even if it was the clippers a win is a win. this was a good game to get back into the grove.

nice job guys.
