That's all well and good...Just do something about the absurd 25 mph speed limits on the through streets. Then we would have a truly livable friendly community.

Meanwhile, less than a state away, an entire tsunami population of Japanese beetles is consuming the rest of the midwest and heading your way. Ask folks in Missouri, Iowa, Michigan, Oklahoma, Arkansas, etc what is happening with Japanese beetle there. Interestingly, the government doesn't seem to know they are connected to the same continent as Utah. No one could've anticipated that Japanese beetle would spread to the western US!
