So a guy breaks the law, resists arrest, and then pays a measly reduced fine of $107? And now he wants to sue the state? How ridiculous! And the trooper who used lawful force in the course of his duties has to endure 3 separate investigations, and take a "verbal communications course"? Where is the justice in this?

Don't you get it?

A police man's life is in danger all the time. When he tells you to do something, just do it. Then things like this won't happen. Pretty simple. They guy was not compliant.

This young man needs a lesson in respect!

If as citizens of the United States we disregard the officers who put their lives on the line daily to keep our country safe, the entire safety of our country is in trouble.

Do I think all law enforcement officals are honest and professional in their jobs... NO however we must have a respect for their athority.

I fear this kind of example of disrespect, will be detrimental to our children's generation.

This entire mess could have been avoided if the young man would have just fought the ticket in court and did what the officer said!
