Dear Ray Grass.Your story about "The Island Herd:55 Sheep Relocated as Population Grows" was excellent as well as refreshing.What was particular about the story was the application of "radio collar" and Helicopter in looking after them.The use of satelite may offer the best solution as It could reduce the cost of herding Via daily flights-be it of a Helicopter or a Jet of some kind or another.BYU may consider developing some sort of Robbot techniology that could perform the task of "herding" wild sheep.

Why was there no mention of the purchase and retirement of grazing permits in the area?
