the ones with the inflated egos--to think that you speak for anyone but

Romney's strategy is in shreds. He wanted to win Iowa and NH to gain
momentum for Feb 5th. He lost both.
I asked this yesterday of Romney supporters - Tell me what states Romney has any chance of winning on Feb 5 besides Utah and maybe Michigan? Getting nominated takes around 1100 delegates. He has 30 now. That leaves about another 1000 to go. Where is he going to get them? He's leading absolutely nowhere other than Utah.
Short of a brokered convention, Romney is toast.

Perhaps he could ride in on a White Horse and save the Constitution which is
hanging by a thread.....

Americans don't seem to understand their own political system. Although
early perceived "momentum" is definitely a nice to have, one could
theoretically win the republican nomination with "50 silver medals" -
this concept is mathematically exacerbated by the fact that the republican field
has a large number of "viable" candidates (unlike the democrats).
Romney appears to have wider appeal and is not as polarizing as Huckabee or
McCain. We'll see just how polarizing the more liberal Giuliani is. If the
current trend continues, you're liable to see a Giuliani/Romney combination
in the end.

that expanding economy and budget surpluses were really messy. I am sure glad
we got someone in the white house to clean up that mess. Our
$9,199,557,987,743.58 federal debt* and an economy teetering in the edge of
recession are sure neat & clean. Please try to look beyong the fringe right
wing rhetoric.

To all of you who say this country needs change,if you vote Democratic you will
see change. What will that be well you will see more taxes, bigger
government,weaking of the military, less national security to protect the
country and more do nothing when we are attacked again. Case in point what did
Bill Clinton do when we were attacked on his watch? Higher inflation and job
rates. Yes you will get change. What has Billery or Obama ever accomplished?
They have done nothing for the country.Except criticize the military and the
President. You had better look into their background and see what they really
stand for.Look carefully at Obamas and you will find just how he views this
country. You talk about flip floping, Billery is like a fish out of water on

Don't anyone forget that president bush claimed to be a religious family
man too. After Clinton, that's what America wanted and they got Bush.
Look what he's turned out to be. Neither Romney or McCain have a very good
chance just because of that. America would be stupid to elect either one of
those guys when they are running on the exact same platform that George Dubya
did.

How does anyone here know what kind of "family man" Romney is? Just
because he happens to attend the same church institution as you? Do you live in
his house, or inhabit his mind? You don't know anything about this
man's morals any more than the next candidate. Some politicians just happen
to hide their mistakes better than others.

But it does not look good for him to keep saying he is confident to win a primary and then not. What does come across is just another CEO blaming his staff.

Interesting that Romney go more delegates for winning Wyoming (8) than McCain
got for winning NH (7), yet the press basically boycotted WY???? wonder why. And
the press completely ignores the delegate totals which MATTER MOST right now.

Does anyone out there really think Huckabee (I'm Mike Huckabee and I
disapprove this message)or McCain could beat out the Democrats? A vote for
anyone else, is a vote for Hillary.

Nobody is talking about Rudy's or Huckabee's poor showing in or NH -
only that Mitt should pack it in because he didn't win the top spot. IMO,
the media (outside of Utah) hates Romney and enjoys any opportunity to jab at
him or his religion.

Has it occurred to anybody that if all the votes from all primaries were
counted, Romney would be the clear winner? The GOP is a fractured party right
now. Romney is the only guy in a consistent position. Michigan, however,
should tell the story clearly -- one way or the other.

McCain has to try way to hard to smile, and when he does, he looks like an idiot
who is faking big time! Huckabee seems to have a strong hatred in his eyes
toward Mitt because he has no chance of beating him...Maybe a good old fashioned
Bible bash would do him some good! Mitt would own him! Hillary is a wolf in
sheep's clothing, and Obama has no real experience of success. Mitt Romney
is head and shoulders above the rest and I hope and pray that he will not lose
because he's Mormon. That would say a lot about the state of our

I believe Mitt Romney has the right experience and credentials for the
tremendous job as our president. It is evident that the media pick their
favorites and extol their "successes", ignoring the "lesser"
candidates' performance. The thoughtful reader and viewer must take the
responsibility of listening and researching carefully for himself, not being
bamboozled by some so-called expert's twisted interpretation of events.
There are many months left in this campaign and many opportunities ahead to
learn where the various candidates stand on issues crucial to our country. To
be stampeded into ill-founded predictions and hasty conclusions is hardly wise
and certainly not consistent with Utah's pioneer spirit of self reliance
and independence.

If you go to CNN's website you can get the break down of the delegate
votes. Mitt received 12 in Iowa, 4 in New Hampshire, and 8 in Wyoming not sure
where the other 7 are coming from but Cnn reports Romney with a nice 24
delegates, Huckabee with 18 and McCain with 10. Hope this helps.
