Why aren't these 2 guys committed to prison or die for what they did? What's taking so long? And like "Guilty" mentioned, who jokes about killing someone? Only those who have killed or are thinking about it.

In response to your question: Who jokes about killing someone? A KILLER!!! Many of them have a braggadocio desire to confide their disgusting deeds with anyone who will listen. May the Kiplyn family be blessed with closure to this nightmare they have been forced to live for too many years.

The guy is obviously a sociopath. They are known to 'make light' of murdering people.

Look at some of the serial killers who enjoyed posing the dead bodies of their victims in lewd sexual positions, and leaving them where they were certain to be found.

Don't judge this man. you don't know whether he was a worthy holder of the priesthood. If he didn't know his actions were wrong, the Lord will forgive him. Let us do the same.

"What is taking so long?" The obvious answer is evidence that will bring about a guilty verdict, beyond the shadow of a doubt...thus avoiding a hung jury, or innocent verdict. Double jeopardy would prevent a second trial in the case of an innocent verdict. Physical evidence, a confession, the testimony of a witness....the more evidence the better. Hopefully they get enough evidence to move forward to a conviction.
