And these boys aren't in custody? What is wrong with you people.

I am tired of the double standard on "under age" people, these were TERRIBLE/VIOLENT crimes. They should be in custody held with out bail. Not at home playing video games with their friends. We the people demand that criminals be removed from society what is the difference in this case. Innocent until proven guilty is very important, however, if these were adults they would be in custody! Come on people this is 100% crap.

Ok let's see here, they don't go to East High anymore, good thing. But here is the problem, these kids are under 18 and will be tried as juveniles, which is fine with me. However, when they get out, no high school diploma, so now what, that is right more crime. A person can not earn a living without a high school diploma. I say lock em up til they finish high school.

Why is this being labeled has "hazing"? It is RAPE and should be reported as such

Send them to the Point where they can get all the GAY sex that they want!!

It's too bad gay people are descriminted against so much in our society. Maybe if they were not, these kids would have felt it was OK to be openly gay, they would have felt it was OK to have open consensual gay relionships, and maybe they would not have resorted to raping boys under the guise of "hazing". "We're not gay, we're just hazing. Yeah, that's the ticket!!"

As far as getting a high school diploma goes, they'll still be able to get on in jail or get a GED after they get out of jail. Their bigger issue is to quit raping boys. If they want to have gay sex, they need to admit it and stick with consensual gay sex.

nice of those poor underaged kids to take advantage of those youngsters. i wonder if a 3 month stay in juvinille detention is too severe? perhaps we should look the other way and send them on thier way or better yet lets put them away for many many years in adult prison and treat them like the predators they are. i think the victims would agree, put them away.

Victims and perpetrators in this case all need serious help.

In hope of justice, I hope they receive this help.

Unfortunately I fear there are unspoken victims who also need to come forward that are unaccounted.

I am quite tired of these Football stories. The game only seems to have people with emotional problems. If they aren't swearing and violating a kid, than they are stomping pheasant to death. There seems to be a lot of morales lacking with the game and football players. I think it needs to be taken out of the schools. Not a good influence on other kids.
