More funding to perpetrate and encourage the illegal migration of illegals across our borders. The best cureall is take all illegals out of our schools and enforce the laws on education of foreign nationals in puble education system. The first criteria is they be citizens to get through the doors. Then our teachers could spend some quality time educating those that deserve it and have earned it. It's a disgrace to the american people to be to have such a thing happening on american soil. Why not invite all the muslim nations to enjoy the benefits of infiltrating and destroying americans from the inside? We have to discriminate about who gets in our schools and benefits from the taxpayers paying in to the education system. Bush's plans need to be overthrown as treasonous and unamerican.
