Mail fraud is a heavy crime and one of the frw things the post office does right is investigate this crime. Send the folks responsible to prison to send a message.

There's no place for it America, yet we keep seeing it. I couldn't put up with all the personal attacks over something I held so dear to my heart. Religous belief is part of one's soul. Mitt is a better person than I, I guess.

lets just turn the other cheek... both are probably acceptable responses of a christian...one just has a better outcome.

Thanks, Anonymous, for reminding us the USPS takes mail fraud seriously. May the responsible person be identified and prosecuted swiftly. And may s/he be subject to the tabloid publications during the process.

Bogus phone calls and mailings send a strong message that some of the candidates in this race do not have the integrity to serve in the White House. Unfortunately, they leave a maze of a trail. Anyone using such tactics to slander opponents should withdraw immediately from the race and be banned from all political parties and government service.

If the quotes were accurate from the BofM, it surely won't help Mitt.

Wow. It truly is a sad state of affairs when things like this happen. Does this speak to the moral state of this country or simply to that area? I don't want to think that we are no better now than when the first Mormons were abused and run out. Maybe we are just more covert now.

I personally doubt that this came from a candidate, I would guess that it may not even be from a politically interested group, but more from a anti-Mormon group. I will not call them "Christians", because to me it is not being a Christian to attack another's religion. One of those quotes was not from the Book of Mormon, it actually a comment that I have never heard before, so in other words it is not discussed on a weekly basis. Yes the Book of Mormon does describe Mary as fair and white, if that was what she was, that is what she was, if she had been fair and black, I would not be offended to read that. When this record was written, they didn't have to worry 2600 years ago about being politically correct.

Those ANTI-Mormons will do anything to discredit the LDS church or members thereof. I guess this means the FBI will put at least one more ANTImormon in jail.

Nobody cares about this. It is not an issue. This article is simply trying to make Mitt Romney a relgious martyr and distract voters from his liberal record.

Nobody cares about Mitt Romney's religion accept those who cannot understand why he is losing. It is irresponsible to suggest that Republicans will not vote for him for anything other than his liberal credentials.

Tai H. you have not been paying attion, if memory service 40 some odd % of voters said they would not vote for a Mormon for president. Said put true.
