Until UDOT and the Feds install a FULL interchange system at the Riverdale I-15 and I-84 area, Riverdale Road will continue to be clogged.
This lack of an interchange also complicates US-89 between Lagoon and I-84 (which, due to congestion, should have non-local trucking traffic shifted to the interstates where it belongs).
