Memo to Jerry: if you controlled your language, perhaps you wouldn't have to
worry about this issue. Hmm.
Coach Sloan should keep swearing until the league demands that ESPN takes the
mic off of him. Media has no business being in the locker room at halftime
anyway. The team should be allowed sometime to worry about winning the game
without distraction of cameras. You wouldn't follow an actor to the
dressing room every time they change for a scene.
Jerry, your post is laughable. Sloan should keep swearing to get his point
across. Just because this is a fricken mormon state, doesn't mean you are to
abide to the standards of mormonism. Just stop the byu attitude.
I guess his swearing just proves what a great coach he is.
you don't put a mic on frickin' jerry sloan and NOT expect expletives! first of
all, sloan's right: this is a dumb idea to mic coaches and to follow teams into
their locker rooms. second of all . . . it's jerry sloan!he's got
no reason to feel self-conscious about it. we love him for his toughness!
