No kid in diapers should be in a public pool. EVER!

Please make that the law. My 12 year old son suffered through this stuff last summer. It wasn't pretty.

Ban the diaper and problem solved.

It isn't that hard and it would easily be supported.

If little johnny needs to swim in a diaper buy him a cheap blow up pool to mess in . Don't bring him to the city pool.
