we are an average team. maybe a bit above average. we'd be lucky to get past the first round of playoffs.

This is going to be the true test of grit and mental toughness for the Utah Jazz. If they lose again tonight, then we need a major overhaul of guys who want to be in Utah and guys who want OUT. We need to get those guys out if they want OUT. Losing to the San Antonio Spurs one more time should not be tolerated.

Jazzy...your crazy. We are not an average team. We will win the conference title and contend for a top 3 seed this year. We will get past the first round of the playoffs then the blood bath will begin. Give them a chance...Remember its a marathon not a sprint to the finish.

If we cant win in san antonio tonight then our season is a bust plain and simple. If we can Finally get a win there I think we will have a better chance at beating them in the playoffs. But if duncan isnt playing tonight people will just call our win a fluke. But this will show if the jazz have really improved since last season.

The Jazz are interesting, probably one of the only teams that can beat SA in the playoffs talent wise, yet cannot break the stangle hold they have on UT in SA.

I'm sure some people will call it a fluke if we win because duncan is out, but he isnt really our big problem. The guy that always hurts the Jazz is that little pest Ginobli. Remember in game 4 last year when he shot almost as many free throws in just the 4th qtr than the Jazz did the whole game? I LOATHE Ginobli.

Jazz did not collapse. they simply ran into a much better team.

And more over they jazz were lucky to even get as far as they did.

consider:
they barely got past houston in seven games,
then they got a pleasant suprise when the got to play an undeserving golden state rather than dallas,
Then when they played a real playoff quality team they were soundly beat.

How can any one truly compare a 6'8" power forward who never plays defense to an outsanding 7 foot shot blocking center/forward future hall of famer???

So, if the Jazz lose on the road to one of the best, if not the best, team in the NBA and current NBA champions, then the season is a bust and we should just give up and go home? What kind of a fan are you, a ute?

Williams and Boozer need to look in the mirror and understand that they can't win playing two man game like they tried tonight as well. If I were SLoan I would do a little experiment and pull them both out for full 4 th quarter. I bet Jazz would do just fine without both of them dominaating 99% of offence and making other players yawn.

Learn Basketball would be a good start.
Sloan calls all the plays. Besides no other player on the team can create on there own and was much apparent last night. Every time DWill passed to someone other than Boozer they passed it right back to him. Jazz are missing that last person to there puzzle. Ak is not that person or Okur. Jazz need that third person who can take over a game like Ginobli many top teams have it Jazz do not.

If it is Sloan who makes Jazz look so pathetic then he needs to go. Vs Lakers Jazz looked the best they looked in last 3 years - because everybody was touching the ball and having fun playing. Now with Williams and Boozer having their own 2 on 5 game it is booring , way to predictable and easy to defend. This Jazz team is winning nothing... as always in 20 years of Soans coaching.
