Undocumented workers have no right to workmans comp and are the most likely to defraud the system. Busineses don't pay workmans comp on employees that don'e exist as they are all under stolen identities and false names. Their illegal families are not the responsibility of americans, they are here at their own risk and living an illegal and subversive lifestyle of criminal behaviors. Benefits to workers should be reserved for leagal and american citizens, not illegal foreign nationals freeloading and stripping the american people of their earned benefits. Criminal acts do not deserve any benefits or payment for commiting the crimes they are doing. This also supports these businesses that are blatantly breaking the laws of america by employing them. Americans are the victims, illegals are robbing us blind with all their lies and killing the american way of life.

Bog G needs to get real and face the facts. He needs to get his head out of his body orifices and face reality that some issues are more complex than the simple ideology in which he is locked into. If he really wants to be part of any solution, Bob G will roll up his sleeves, open his mind and come up with reasonable solutions to puzzling questions of complex fact.

Why illegals would be eligible for any benefits at all?? this is ridiculous premise, that this change can't be adopted because it would "prevent illegals from obtaining benefits" - good!! than it definitely should be adopted. Enforcement through attrition.

Why illegals are entitled to workers comp is beyond me anyway. Any bill that makes it so they can't get workers comp is fine by me.

Many illegals work "off the books" and get emergency care anyway while the employer gets off the hook. "Off the books" means that employers aren't paying Workmans' Comp, Social Security, or reporting income taxes(W-9) for that matter, yet the taxpayer has to pay for emergency care, unless the hospital or illegal sues which isn't likely.

Those working for employers "on the books," are committing ID fraud probably with the employer's knowledge, because it is easy to determine if an employee is a legal worker.

As this article indicates, the more we try to cheat, the deeper we dig our hole. The more the state becomes complicit in supporting illegal workers the deeper they dig their own hole. Hiring illegal workers cheats every legal worker by depressing wages, especially unskilled wages.

One has to wonder why anyone following our existing law would protest this. The only reason likely is that somehow, they are profiting from the hiring of illegal aliens in some way.

We ALREADY know that they are proud of the fact. Ivory Homes owner was heard to brag that he hired 80% illegal aliens, when the norm for the home building industry in the state is about 70%.

These illegal aliens AND THEIR EMPLOYERS should not be able to thumb their nose at our laws, undercut wages for those legally working, and profit from their illgotten gains.

AND, taxpayers should not have to shoulder the costs of illegal aliens. Not for schooling their kids, not for their unpaid trips to the emergency room, not for anything. In fact, if they have any money at all, THEY should have to pay for their own bus ticket to the nearest border as they are being deported!

It is time that American citizens stood up and said: Enough, we are NOT going to take any more!

Stopping Benefits for cause, first and foremost will cause a ripple effect for non payment of benefits for all those workers who return to work in a light duty capacity. Employers and their Ins carriers will claim job abandonment and or whatever frivolous claim that will get them fired for cause. I.E., Tardiness, not calling in where the employee has a doctors appointment ETC.. It's the employers word vs. the employee. All workers deserve and are entitled to compensation. This bill only serves the benefit of the large Insurance Companies and those that have large Companies backing those companies to lower premiums and costs. The injured worker will be forced to use state and/or church resources. Families should not be made to suffer. Employers want these workers, but when it comes to compensation they and their carriers don't want to pay out, not to mention the racial profiling of anyone with a non typical American last name. Thats all I have to say about that. Anyone who does not beleive me should get a reality check.
