I understand the basic story here, but the thing I don't get is whether or not both of the boys are being charged. Because it talks about both, but it only states that "the teen" will be charged for things. What happend to the other teen?
And, I'm not sure whether or not the teen should be charged as an adult, but I know that he had know right to act as he did.
I cant blame the boy, he was being taken somewhiere he didnt want to and he didnt even shoot the man who was trying to basicly take him away. Something that could be indentified as kidnapping or harassing.
