Thanks for your touching tribute to a dedicated public servant. Although I never met Eddie I feel like I know him well because of your thoughtful words. Well done.
I'll second all that eulogizing. What a terrible loss for Utah. He was truly working for the middle in a legislative environment that often viewed his positions with contempt. In all the years he was up on the hill, he carried himself, his politics and his deep and loving concern for the hard working people of this state with complete grace.
We'll be very fortunate to see another legislator of his caliber in our lifetime.
