It's not even a good ski hill. Lower in elevation than Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley. Why would anyone vacation there, ski there, or buy a condo there when the conditions are so much better elsewhere.

Residents circulated a petition based on selfish reasons? Ah, and building a multi-million dollar community which will generate more personal wealth than half of the citizens of Utah put together does not have any ring of selfishness to it whatsoever!

Evidently in America, if it is a business venture, then nobody can stop that persons right to become extremely wealthy, no matter how many other people are squashed in the process. How selfish of those people in their attempt to not get stepped on and pushed out!

I agree, snow pack in Daniels canyon isn't that great until you reach the summit. At the summit, it is very flat, so skiing won't work there either.

What was the Utah legislature thinking? Allowing anyone to buy land and incorporate surrounding established neighborhoods, without their approval, is a violation of their rights in my opinion.

Finally, an article that has been published by a major periodical that is fair and unbias. This project means economic prosperity for the people of the Heber Valley, jobs, tax base which is exactly what the Wasatch Valley needs!

The silent majority is in STRONG support of this project; it is the LOUD minority that isn't. If you don't believe me then what happen to Boyer's multi-use project? It passed by the Heber City counsel and the PEOPLE!

It's time to start living in the present and looking to the future rather than trying to turn the clock back 50 years. The Heber Valley is growing and will continue to grow like the rest of the state of Utah.

Let's be wise and prudent, folks.

Aspen Utah is the future!
