Comments about ‘'Dancing' — And the winner is ...’

Helio is still a little stiff and his dance partner Julianne is the one doing the most dance steps therefore imo Helio should not win. Marie - the doll thing - too quarky but I still voted for her as I was entertained.Marie - let's get together for a hot cocoa. I like watching others dance and some can be real characters. Go to a dance and watch and see how many you find yourself entertained by.I do doubt however that Marie will win - she's not the judges' favorite person. Then we have Mel and Maks- please cover up. I get the impression that she is trying to get votes by showing skin. Her costumes last night (if you can even call them that)and just about everyone of them before then, made her look like she forgot to get dressed. Yes she does have a figure to wish for but she needs to cover it more. For this reason - I feel that Mel will be the winner - as she is putting sex on the dance floor.

The comments above are interesting - and I agree about the Mel and Max thing - she does need to cover up more. BUT those two are by far the BEST dancers out there - you often cannot tell which one is the star and which one is the pro (the walking splits thing from last week was amazing) - they are THAT good! Marie's doll dance, and frankly, most of her other dances have bombed. Her transitions from stunt to stunt are sloppy. Julianne is so fabulous and is so darn cute that it is hard not to want her to win, and though I'm not a race car fan, tons of people are, so we'll see who gets the votes. Go Mel and Max with Helio and Julianne coming in a close second and Marie voted out quickly (too bad she lasted this long).

This may be a conspiracy to make sure Marie doesn't win. Which is fine, because she wasn't good enough to get third. But I'm happy for her she lasted as long as Leila Ali, Joey Lawrence and Stacy Keibler. Can they give it to Mel and Julianne? Mel's the better star dancer and Julianne's the better choreographer.

I feel this has become a popularity contest and not truly judged for the dancing skills. Marie is entertaining, but her dancing skills are not worthy of 3rd place. I like the show a lot, but discouraged to think it has become such a popularity contest. It is fun to see these stars come along and improve. Some of them really show a lot of improvement, like Jenny Garth. She should have been the 3rd finalist, and Sabrina was amazing. It's fun for us to vote, but the judges should have the final say. I hope some of the rules change for the next season.
