I thought the article was cheesy and stupid. I have a great sense of humor, which is precisely why I didn't laugh when I read it. I wasn't offended, just not amused. Utah has its charms, but member hypocrisy is sometimes annoying.

Hey Robinson! Here's a clever thought. Let's place you, Steve Young, Orrin Hatch, Larry Miller, Lee Benson and Gayle Ruzicka on the same ticket as Mitt. Oh, and don't forget Chris Buttars and LaVar Christiansen. You know, "Utah's Devine Nine". Then the rest of the real world, outside of Utah, which also includes homosexuals as productive humans, could watch you usher in something apocalyptic. Now wouldn't that be comical!?

I thought this article was awesome !!! I think that a little humor is nice after all of the crap that Mitt Romney has gone through for his religion. If any other canidates religion was persicuted as much as Mitt....there would be an uproar !!! I think that Mitt would make an awesome President. I wonder if we could have a fireside at the White House ???

I loved it. Humor is the best way to diffuse anger or nonsense. This will give non-mormons an inside peek at reality.

All I can see is that I'm glad Robinson isn't my hometeacher because he would only come by on the last Sunday of the month. Any other time I could just count on him not existing. But that's okay since he is making the records look good. By the way, I doubt that he would even take the time to learn my name in the five minute monthly visits that he made.

Are you saying there are no homosexuals in Utah who are "productive humans"? Guess you've never been there. I know several.

This was funny. Me, I can't figure out why people don't get it unless they've never lived in Utah. And since it was written for a Utah audience, not a national one, it's an excellent column.

Even I enjoyed this. Not because it made light of the LDS church (which I think all churches needs more of a sense of humour), but because it was a very good article.

But as Boise Leon said, maybe my statement is just "idiotic drivel from the anti crowd". Thanks Leon. It was a very christian statement from you.

HAD Mitt spoken the dreaded "D" word (Democratic Party) and quoted JFK, NO problem would have ever happened.
As an active Mormon, I do NOT like Mitt's extreme right wing politics where he would love to punish children of illegal aliens.
Remember how he chastized Gov. Huckabee saying "he sounded like a Massachussetts liberal, giving the taxpayers money to people who are here illegally"?
Gov. Huckabee replied "In all due respect, we're a better country than to punish children for what their parents did".
Gov. Huckabee follows the teaching of Christ while Mitt just pays lip service to the Saviour.

My goodness, either that is a vain attempt at humour or a humourous attempt at vanity. What a stupid and disgraceful way to answer the questions. To joke is one thing, but he made a joke out of the whole affair, as if the politician does not owe it to the people to speak the truth. Well, he proves himself a common politician and a common fool, though he hasn't the virtue of being a clown. His humour is very unskilled, and seems nothing more than an attempt to avoid the questions. It seems, like blacks support Obama because he shares their race, so you Mormons do Mitt. To support a man for so silly a reason proves that common fools should not have the right to vote. To think he is not even conservative, and yet you support him because he is Mormon. What stupidity. You all should not have the right to vote.
