This is heinous and wrong. Just as we have separation of church and state laws we also need laws for separation of state and businesses laws. The public should not be forced in to slavery to perpetrate any business or to fund a business in any way. We need to get business out of government and controlling government just as we have disallowed any religious organization to influence government. This bonding and indenturing the public to favor and promote individual businesses should be illegal and not even considered. If a business can't operate and keep it's self in business, our local governement representatives have no right to force tax payers to indentured servitude to bail out a failing business. Laws banning religious influence should also apply to any and all businesses. With this kind of law businesses could plant their own representatives in to the positions and controlling our tax funds to use as their own private bank. It's bad enough that many businesses are already using public funds as a personal bank but we must not legalize it. The song and dance for 'public good' does not wash on this.
