Would this be the same Rocky Mountain Power that just built a new hydrocarbon-fueled generation plant in Utah County?
I think the feds forced them to close down this plant because the damaged pipeline was in the wilderness area and they could not get permission to repair it. In an age of ever increasing need for power I think is is sick that we let the feds shut down one of the cleanest sources we have in the name of wilderness and a short section of fishing stream.
