I think teacher should be scrutinized, as well. Although, I realize that this is just a hoop to go through and most problems with inappropriate behavior, on the part of teachers, are reported to the principal and the teacher gets their hands slapped and the police never find out, nor are charges ever filed. As a result, creeps keep a clean record. So, it might be an exercise in futility where we can say we tried. Ask safe questions, get safe answers.
I like this idea.
