Grateful

Thank you to Chairman Burningham for his leadership and commitment to education. You've done an outstanding job!

A little less grateful

Thank you for stepping down. It's time.

Appreciative BUT Leery

Kim, Thank you for your leadership and direction in the voucher fight. Your commitment to public education for all children is appreciated. I hope our next chairman will have the same direction.

I am leery of two of your school board members who were pushing vouchers during the campaign. I certainly hope they will not be the Chairman! I'm sure the legislature leaders will push for one of them to be the chair. Avoid their appointment!

I also hope the school board remains non-partisan. Too much concentrated power within the legislature and their heavy hand on the school board makes me leery of who may become the chairman.

Leery

Actually, there were at least 3 state school board members pushing vouchers.
