To the Osmond Family: You are all in my prayers and remember of their most beloved father who passed away. Donny and Marie Osmond are my biggest fans and remembered their shows when I was young boy. What a blessing they are that all of them will be able to live together for all eternity. Family can be together for all eternity.

You are all in my prayers. All of us have been blessed by your parents gift, of their children to us. They were true ambassadors of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

To the Osmond family, I wanted to send my love, and tell you that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. When I lived at the 'Riv' so many years ago, your mother and father staffed the office, and were always so kind to me. When I first arrived, my mother was practically leaping up and down with excitement when we were arranging for my apartment. George and Olive were so patient with her excitement, first because she was standing there and talking with Brother and Sister Osmond, and then when two of the Osmond brothers walked in. I, of course, was petrified with embarassment. But as I recall, every time I saw Brother and Sister Osmond, they smiled and waved, and asked how my mother was doing. God be with your family and bless them. Olive and George...together for all the Eternities.

Haven't had time yet to read all the comments, but I'll add mine anyway. It is sad to hear that the patriarch of the Osmonds has moved into the next phase of life. It is always sad when this happens.

He's left a Great Legacy. God Bless all the family memebers in this time of loss and re-adjustment.

I'm sure there will be a Great time time "upstairs"
when he and his beloved wife get together again!!

God Bless the Osmonds!!

I just want to say thank you to Brother and Sister Osmond, who are now watching down from above, for all the sacrifice you put forth, along with all your children who sacrificed with you to teach through great entertainment the beauty of a gospel centered family. I was born in the 60's, grew up in the 70's, and have always been fond of the Osmonds. They have seen some great trials. I hold it a special memory that I served an LDS mission in Star Valley over 20 years ago and lived in a little house owned by an Osmond relation in the town of Thayne. Their family heritage is even found in the small town of Osmond in Star Valley.
And to Marie, you don't know me but I just want you to know that you were a blessing in the life of my parents and little sister when your family lived in Agoura. I know that was a hard time in your life, but my sister will never forget her ride in your limosine! You are a gift. Truly you are.
God bless and be with all of the Osmond family till you meet again.

Dear Osmond Family. I also send my love and prayers to you at this sad time, losing your precious father. Your family has been such an influence for good throughout the world, thanks to your dear mother and father raising such wonderful children in the Gospel. I am sure their reunion was so tender and beautiful and they are now looking down together with such love and pride for their family.
Thanks so much for letting us "share" in knowing your dear family through these many years. I have adored you since watching you sing with Andy Williams when I was just a young girl and knew nothing about your faith, long before my conversion. In the early 70's I was a member of the LA singles ward by the temple, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that you were members when I saw you sitting across from me on my first Sunday in attendance. Your testimonies continue to shine so brightly through your very lives. Thank you so much, and I pray the Lord's richest blessings on all of your family to feel peace and comfort.

I want to thank you all for the wonderful memories you have given me and my family over the many years of your entertainment life. You have been such an example for all to follow. Your success stems from the encouragemnet of a devoted Mother and Father. You will miss your dad, but with the knowledge you have, your hearts will be filled with comfort. I have followed you ever since you were young on the Andy Williams show and I am still following you as I attend your Branson Shows and watch Marie on "Dancing With the Stars." I have cheered for you over the years and I will still be cheering for you at this difficult time. How lucky you have been to enjoy the association of your dad for so many years. I have a beautiful quote that has been an inspiration to me. I would like to share it with you. "God gave us memories that we may have June roses in the December of our lives." May you find this to be true in the days, months and years that follow as you think about your mom and dad. God Bless.

Dear Osmond Family,
Thank you so much for honoring your Father and Mother. In my youth in Calif. it was nice to have representatives to back my faith up. Many people misunderstand Mormonism. There is no misunderstanding the George and Olive Legacy.

God bless you all and please KNOW THIS, just because they can't wrap their arms around you doesn't mean that they aren't right there with you always.

David Levi didn't even know me, yet he was instrumental in helping me through the biggest loss in my life of my little 6'4" brother, it shows me that "Fame" truly is secondary in what a true saint is.

Thank you Osmond Family YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE!

You kids have called him FATHER all you life. When I was around him I called him father also.
George and Olive were easy to love because they loved others first. In the good times as well as
the hard times they were kind to everyone. While Father and Mother where on this earth they loved you kids more then anything ease. The love and respect you kids have given back to Father And Mother has been and will be the greatest joy of their life and best of all it will live for an eternity. Father George Osmond, Mother Olive Osmond. What a legacy!!!
My heart goes out to all. May God bless you.

When I returned from my mission to my home in Las Vegas in 1975, I was informed my Mother had taken my younger sister to one of the Osmond shows there and had actually gotten to go "back stage" with the family after the show. I asked my Mom, "What was George Osmond like?" She said, "He was just like a General Authority, Tom... A true patriarch!" Well, we know General Authorities are just human beings, too, but thank God for the service they render in both example and radiant love! Thanks, George, Olive, and all you Osmonds for help making this a better world for all of us.

The Osmond Family has given my life fulfillment love and joy. I have always admired their parents and the entire Osmond Family. Marie danced for her parents and how ironic it was that Father Osmond would join Olive after that beautiful tribute from Ms Osmond.
I have seen the osmonds so many times, I feel like I know them. This past April, I was in California and got into see The Tonight Show. Donny Osmond was not scheduled guest and guess what, I was the last person in with many others behind me and I sat next to the band and guess who came out, but Donny Osmond. I was overjoyed! My prayers are with the entire family. Please continue to all of the fans the music the dance and most importantly the family who gives joy to millions of us. May God Bless all of you and eternal rest to George Osmond. God Bless!

You are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Your parents were an inspiration to all and a great example of what it means to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My love goes out to all of the Osmond family.

It was nice to know your family, when your parents serve in the Hawaii Temple. And have the chance to perform for them to celebrate their anniversay. They were the best people to know. And always remember good things about them. My prayers and thoughts goes to you and all the Osmond Family. Love and Aloha.

I Love the Osmonds! Thank you all for your example and your love over the years. You have a wonderful family and such great memories to share and keep close to your heart. Remember your parents Love for all of you and it will help you through this difficult time. Thanks for sharing your family with the world. We all Love You and wish you the best. Also we love watching Marie on Dancing with the Stars, you are beautiful. Bless your hearts and I would like to thank the Osmond Brothers for their great concerts in Branson Missouri, what a talented family! Thanks.

How did they ever do it. When I think of raising my 5 children and trying to get them to sing anything, as my wife and I did growing up, it would be so difficult, we usually just gave up. I have always admired their way of teaching. So many pushy parents raise kids that do what they say until they have the freedom to deceide otherwise then they go against their parents. Not the Osmonds. They love and respect their parents. Thanks Osmond family for sharing your lives and your parents with us. We love you. You are a great example to us.
Margaret Wilcox | 11:33 a.m. Nov. 8, 2007
Thank goodness for great examples of family unity and love that the Osmonds exemplified. I can only imagine the joyous reunion George and Olive are having. The good news of the Gospel is that families truly can be together forever. My thoughts are with the Osmond family that they may find inner peace and joy from a loving Heavenly Father and that each might find comfort from each other's memories of Brother and Sister Osmond and the Osmond family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all your family. I have loved the spirit of your family as I saw it on TV as a youngster and now realize it was the spirit opening the path for me to join the Church. I love you and all you all have done over the years to make this planet a better place.

Our family has watched the Osmonds since the early Andy Williams days and I have always admired their talent, their faith and their integrity which was certainly inspired by their parents. Losing a parent is so heart-wrenching but Father Osmond lived a long, active, blessed life and is now with his beloved Olive. My thoughts and prayers are with his children as they learn to continue on their own journeys knowing they will all be together again.

I have always loved the Osmond family. My mother in law, Reberta Brower (Miller) was a cheerleader with Bro. Osmond at Star Valley High School. She was always very excited about that bit a fame. We now live on the family farm in SV. We were sorry to hear about the death of your father, but we know that he is with your mom and maybe even doing another cheer with Reberta. Isn't the gospel great? I hope that Marie wins on Dancing with the Stars becuase she is the only one that dances and dresses with the right standards. thank you Marie. love, Linda and Martell

Dearest Osmond Family. My most heartfelt condolences go out to you all for your loss. I pray that God will comfort you and bless you and your family in this time of mourning. Your family has given so much to us in examples and entertainment, it is the least that we and I can do to let you know that we are here for you and will help in any way even if it is only to pray for you comfort. Thank you for everthing and God bless you all. We love you all. (CTR)

The world has lost a truly special man. though I know he is reunited with his beloved Olive and finally met his father who he never known. What a wonderful reunion that must have been!
I have been a fan for 40yrs, since the tender age of 3. Thru the example that Brother & Sister Osmond set for their children I was baptized in 1983.
I've been told that its harder on those that are left behind. But, to have the knowledge that we are together forever, what sweet comfort that is. Both George and Olive Osmond will live on not just in the hearts of their family, but in the fans that also think of you as family.

My thoughts, prayers and love go out to the entire Osmond family during this time of sadness.
Love,

Dear Osmond Family, May the Lord continue to bless you all at this most difficult time. Death is a very sacred thing, a step closer to God, one that we will all take. You are so very blessed to have the knowledge of the "Plan of Salvation" and to know that life doesn't end here. I too have lost my parents and look forward to seeing them again someday and continuing on as one Eternal Family. I couldn't be happier for Olive. Her joy must be great! I know that your parents are not far from you and there will be times that you will feel their presence as they continue to watch over their "Very Special Family". Your tribute to your father on the Oprah show was AWESOME and brought tears to our eyes as we listened once again to all your lovely voices. You all sounded so great! Your father didn't miss the show, he just wanted to watch it with his sweetheart! We hope to see Alan again at Cabo Grill.

Dear Osmonds: We truly send our thoughts and prayers to each of you at this time in your lives. You all have suffered a loss but have the sweet reassurance of the Plan and know where your parents are and you all will be reunited again. This is such a comfort especially at a time such as this. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers this day and always.

Dear Osmond family, God bless you all. George and Olive were the kind of examples that we need more of in this world. We never met any of you, but feel we know your whole family. We loved the Donny and Marie show several years ago. And, Marie, we are pulling for you on "Dancing With the Stars." If ever a family had unity and love to pass down from generation to generation, yours does. Your family has always been a good example of what the LDS family should be. We love the church and we do appreciate all your family has done to uphold your faith in all your entertainment. We love you. Be thankful for such a heritage.

Dear all. I met your pop-music in England with my friends in England at the age of 12. I wanted to be like you with your principles. I received the OK from my parents to get baptised at the age of 15. I married a Dutch returned missionary from Belgium & we're living in southern France. We have 5 children. My husband served in the EBM mission & had lot's of people to teach following your referrals. Today, my eldest is on a mission on Temple Square, SLC, the second in the EBM mission, UK. We carry on promoting "The Plan" & bringing the gospel to many french people. You have set an example through music and brought us happiness, we carry on... Our thoughts & prayers are with the family. Still a fan today after 30 yrs. Love, Julie & family, AIX-en-PROVENCE Ward, FR.

Dear Osmond Family,
We were sad to hear of the passing of your father, but as you have stated he now is dancing with your mother. We also want you to know what GREAT EXAMPLES you have been to the world throughout the years and even now in your hour of sorrow.

I know that Marie hates to talk about her life because she has had so many trials. Marie, please know that by you talking about your trials it will help many other latter-day saints and others who have trails know that no one is guaranteed a perfect life, not even a famous person who seems to the world to have it all. Marie, your talking about your life will only help others who feel that they are the only ones that struggle through life. These people need someone like you to show them that life may have its trails, but the trials don't have to get the better of them. I admire your grace, your laughter and your honesty.

The Osmonds have shown how celebrities can be of the world but not in the world and not succumb to it as so many other celebrities have. FANTASTIC EXAMPLES!
