One of my most pleasant memories was when I went on a week ski trip to Alta with my father. I enjoyed the best skiing on Earth. The weather clear and dry. The snow cold, dry like feathers. The resort at Alta served delicous food with a healthy flair. The people in Utah are not just lucky they're blessed. We often take for granted the beauty of our own backyards.
