I can understand the jail systems wanting to make changes with all the escapes that are happening but I don't see why they are punishing everyone. Inmates who have a violent crime, but have never been in trouble while incarcerated shouldn't have to suffer. It should be done on a case-by-case basis.

If the vouchers pass, the lack of corrections funding will only increase and problems could be a lot worse than they currently are.

I think moving 300 inmates is unreasonable. There are many inmates who are taking there crime very seriously and doing everything possible to clean up and then there are those who are falsely accused of crimes that are violent and they are being put in overcrowded prisons with repeat offenders or even hard core crimnals. I believe the the justice system has really taken a turn for the worst and they have really caused alot of the problems we deal with today. I think judges have just put people in jail and not seriously evaluated the evidence. That is why they are so overcrowded. I indeed feel it should be a case-by-case basis as well and not make everyone suffer for someone else faults.
